The moment we saw the building we fell in love with it. The balcony on the southern side is very inviting. You can imagine our Joy when I say that we were blessed with a baby girl within the first few months on moving into our apartment. If I have to put all the good points in the apartment, the list would be never ending. However I am tempted to state a few. Perfect vastu, Good ventilation and sunlight, Sufficient space for car parking, sit outs, balconies (specially the one attached to the dining hall) , CC TV camera for each floor, separate water tanks for drinking and bath/wash usage, Mosquito mesh for each window and sliding doors provided makes our The Aspire Grande a near perfect place to live in. Added advantages are its proximity to the market and main road with convenient transport facility. Last but not the least this building has been built with a lot of interest which is reflected in every inch of construction.

It was my sheer goodluck that while passing by (in search of a right apartment) this imposing structure THE ASPIRE GRANDE cought my eye. While walking inside I found everything to be mighty impressive and was thinking to myself that services of a good architect might have been taken. Once I saw the flat, I fell in love with it immediately. I checked the Vastu and found it to be perfect and so had no hesitation in making up my mind, to go for it. When the deal was struck my builder told me that ‘good things happen to good people’ and I totally agree with him. The builder too is a very humble and honest person and has taken a lot of interest and pain to see that everything is done to perfection. It’s just amazing that with his passion and sky high energy levels he has produced such an impressive structure. I have seen many properties where builders are very commercial, Mr. Mathur, thankfully is not like them. He is very thoughtful about his customers. On a Sunday morning, after seeing a property advertisement, we spoke to Mr Mathur, who was a very impressive on phone and the e Brochure he sent was even more. They used to come to the site each and every day and was checking the quality of the work going on. The location has so many benefits like With in Proximity distance to Main road, Vegetables market, Kims and Apollo Hospital, Near to International schools, Near to Malls ( AMB Mall),Near to IT area ( 10 mins distance to Gachibowli and Hitech City) I will definitely recommend my friends and relatives for the upcoming projects by Aspire Grande.

We are very pleased with the construction of The Aspire Grande. The apartment has a very premium look. The builders have given it a great design and have really done quality work. Excellent location and supreme craftsmanship are the other top features. The builders have thoughtfully provided shelter and sit-out on the terrace for a relaxed evening for the elders amongst many other customer oriented things.
